About Fieldin
Fieldin is a B2B software company serving agriculture. It helps growers of permanent crops like nuts, grapes, citrus, and apples run more efficient, consistent operations. Its sensors and cloud platform turn every spray, harvest, and tractor pass into real-time data, using equipment growers already own. More than 750,000 acres are managed on Fieldin.
The challenge
Fieldin was locked into a three-year Salesforce subscription that was heavy and expensive but delivered low value.
Much of the real operating rhythm lived outside it. Rep calls and leadership updates ran through spreadsheets and shared drives. That process was manual and time-consuming, and only as accurate as the people updating it. Every pipeline review and leadership update had to be pieced together by hand.
Why Dreamhub
Fieldin knew what it wanted next: an AI native CRM that could be customized quickly and automate the admin, while still allowing the team to scale. The team also wanted AI that works from recorded meetings, transcripts, and every client interaction. Predictive insight was the next step, but it needed data flowing in automatically first. With manual updates, much of what happened in deals was never captured.
Fieldin weighed three alternatives: staying on spreadsheets, building a CRM in-house, or moving to a more affordable established CRM like HubSpot. Fieldin chose Dreamhub for two reasons: its product focus on B2B software, which Fieldin saw as a real differentiator, and a team clearly dedicated to the mission.
The switch
The biggest concern going in was data. “Initially the biggest concern was not losing any data and having a record we can trust,” Oz says. Numbers couldn’t go missing, and they had to match Salesforce.
Dreamhub migrated Fieldin’s Salesforce data in a week. The two systems then ran side by side for about two months, so the team could confirm every record matched before fully moving over. Fieldin used that window to adapt processes and clean up data. With extra training and hands-on support, the team adopted it quickly.
How Fieldin uses Dreamhub
Dreamhub is now where Fieldin’s revenue team meets. Internal meetings run on the platform, working from a shared view of pipeline, contracts, renewals, and ARR instead of spreadsheets. Booking results are reported from it too.
The clearest example is Fieldin’s POV phase. Prospects in a POV are managed like customers for several months, which makes them hard to track in a standard pipeline.
“We used Dreamhub to divide tasks, next steps and score likelihood of closing. We used this to manage the deals and provide visibility to the leadership team and our board as well as holding the team accountable.”

The results
Fieldin’s leadership and board now work from one trusted view of the business. POV deals are scored for likelihood to close, with tasks and next steps assigned, which keeps the team accountable. Bookings are reported straight from Dreamhub.
Fieldin also exited a Salesforce contract that gave a fragmented view of the business, for a unified solution that connects sales, customer success, and finance through a native integration with NetSuite. With data now captured automatically, Fieldin is looking ahead to Dreamhub’s predictive side.
Like Fieldin, B2B software teams are leaving Salesforce without a risky cutover. Book a demo to see your pipeline on Dreamhub.
